Expand Constitutional Carry in Texas!
A petition to my elected officials in Austin
WHEREAS: The Right of the People to defend themselves from violent criminal attack is God-given and unalienable; andWHEREAS: This Right is protected by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and includes the right to carry a handgun for self-defense; and
WHEREAS: Requiring law-abiding citizens to beg for government permission through the permit system before they can exercise their constitutional right to keep and bear arms is a clear violation of that right;
THEREFORE: On behalf of law-abiding gun owners all across the state of Texas, I insist you publicly go on record in support of expanding Constitutional Carry to 18-20 year old legal gun owners, gun owners on college campuses, and gun owners on lands managed by the Lower Colorado River Authority. Texas Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions!

The assault on our gun rights has reached a new and dangerous level with the ATF being used as foot soldiers for the anti-gun Biden Administration.
Known for its history of overreach and incompetence, the ATF continues attacking the Second Amendment by arbitrarily turning millions of law-abiding gun owners into felons overnight.
In fact, the ATF has made more federal “rules” halted by courts than ANY other agency!
Their abuse of power with draconian rule changes is not only unconscionable, but unconstitutional!
It is time to rally together and demand that our elected officials in Texas support H.R. 374 to Abolish the ATF!
Together, we can dismantle this out-of-control agency and safeguard our precious Second Amendment freedoms.
