Overturn the ATF Pistol Ban!
Petition to Congress and the ATF
WHEREAS: The ATF, despite admitting its lack of authority to do so, has unilaterally banned pistol braces, thereby turning millions of law-abiding gun owners into felons overnight, without the necessary congressional approval; and
WHEREAS: Rule 2021R-08F sets a dangerous precedent by creating a pathway for future arbitrary bans on firearm components and accessories without due process or warning, undermining the rights of law-abiding citizens; and
WHEREAS: Rule 2021R-08F amounts to an illegal gun registration scheme, violating our Second Amendment rights, the Supreme Court's Bruen decision, and the constitutional authority of Congress to enact laws.
THEREFORE: I demand the immediate abandonment of Rule 2021R-08F by the ATF. Furthermore, we urge Congress to exercise its power under the Congressional Review Act to swiftly overturn this rule, protecting our constitutional rights and restoring the authority of the legislative branch.

The ATF, acting as foot soldiers for the Biden Administration, have shamelessly expanded the definition of "short barrel rifle" under federal law and banned pistol braces by rule… turning millions of unsuspecting law-abiding Americans into criminals overnight.That's why Texas Gun Rights is SUING the ATF in federal court!.
But as we fight this in court, Congress also has the power to overturn the ATF’s draconian rule through the Congressional Review Act.
So please sign your petition demanding your congressman to rein in the ATF by overturning Rule 2021R-08F, and urge the ATF to abandon it altogether!
